Zig Ziglar says ” We all try to do some sort of exercise for the Body but very few focus on any kind of exercise for the mind.”

every Morning the first thing we end up doing is reading the newspaper – letting ourselves to be drawn to whatever fare it has to offer.

If we could spend a few minutes in preparing our mind mind for the day and motivating ourselves to the challenges that the day has to offer would result in a better response to the world around us. and give us a more satisfying day.

I am also one of you in this struggle to take control of a wandering undisciplined mind which just gets pulled in whatever direction.
