Stop Selling Stuff

When Steve Jobs first started the Apple Store he did not ask the question, “How will we grow our market share from 5 to 10 percent?” Instead he asked, “How do we enrich people’s lives?” Change your vision and thinking from peddling stuff to enriching lives.

Hire For smiles 

it is not what you know that is important but how you are able to communicate and relate to people. Technical skills are important but employees who care for their customers and are able to relate to them – will  bring in a whole new dimension to the customer experience.
