Leadership – The Softer Side

Leadership is a lot more about emotional intelligence and a lot less about analytical intelligence. The irony is that these softskills appear deceptively simple and only of late have merited the importance due.

Well lets say all kinds of skills are required to run a large multidimensional organisation. Giving importance to only a certain set of skills can be a recipe for disaster.

The Leader is not just a messenger of the Organisational strategy – He is the message itself in demeanor, mannerisms and action.
